The studio
A small London team that still answers the phone
London Website Agency is an independent web design and development studio in Shoreditch. We opened in 2018 because too many local firms were paying agency rates for template sites they could not edit — or freelancer rates for code nobody could maintain.
What we believe
A website is a commercial product. It should load in under two seconds, explain the offer in the first screen, and send a qualified enquiry to someone who will reply. Awards are optional. Search Console data is not.
We work in the open: published starting prices, a written scope, and a studio address you can visit. Workshops happen at 86–90 Paul Street, at your office, or on a call if you are in Richmond and we are in a Canary Wharf sprint.
We hire generalists who can sit in a design review and a performance audit on the same day. That is how we keep projects to 4–8 weeks instead of a relay race of subcontractors.
How we work with you
One producer owns the timeline. You get a shared board, weekly notes, and a single Slack or email thread — not five departments. Legal pages, analytics and Search Console are part of launch, not “phase two”. If you need design, development and SEO, you are still talking to the same studio.
