Accessibility statement
We want anyone in London — including keyboard, screen-reader and mobile users — to use this site and enquire without friction.
Standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That includes readable contrast, visible focus, skip links, form labels, 48px minimum tap targets, and text that can zoom. Read our article on accessibility standards for web design.
What we built in
- Semantic HTML headings and landmarks
- Buttons and nav controls at least 48×48px
- Focus outlines on interactive elements
- Reduced-motion respect for users who request it
Known limits
Some third-party embeds (maps) are not fully under our control. Complex data tables on blog posts may be less convenient on very small screens; we provide a horizontal scroll rather than hiding content.
Report a problem
Email hello@londonwebsiteagency.co.uk or WhatsApp +44 7308 506421 with the page URL and what went wrong. We take accessibility bugs as seriously as broken forms.
