We process as little data as we need to answer enquiries and run a website. This notice is written for UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Enquiry forms: name, email, phone, service interest, optional budget and message. Legal basis: legitimate interests (responding to a request) and, where needed, steps prior to a contract.
Email and phone: whatever you choose to send us.
Server logs: IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security. Legal basis: legitimate interests (keeping the site safe).
Analytics: only if you accept non-essential cookies. We prefer privacy-focused analytics. See the cookie policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated bulk marketing without a lawful basis. We do not require an account to browse the site.

Processors

Hosting, DNS, email delivery and (if enabled) analytics providers act as processors under written terms. We use UK or adequately protected services where possible.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Contracts, invoices and tax records are kept as required by UK law (typically 6 years). You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier unless we must keep it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). We will respond within one month.

International transfers

If a tool stores data outside the UK, we use an appropriate safeguard (adequacy or standard contractual clauses).

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
